ACCOUNT & DATA DELETION

Your account. Your next step.

Request deletion through Settings → Privacy → Delete account, or contact us by email—even if you have already uninstalled the game.

Effective · Version 1.0
  1. Send a request

Open Settings → Privacy → Delete account in the game and confirm the request as prompted. Alternatively, email us from the associated address. If you use Apple’s Hide My Email, provide a game identifier or information that can be safely used to verify your request.

  2. Verify identity and scope

We may confirm account ownership and the scope of the request. Do not send passwords, verification codes or full payment card details.

  3. Receive the outcome

After verification, deletion starts promptly, with a usual target of completing removal of the relevant account and cloud saves in our own business systems within 30 days. Underlying provider data, backups and legally retained records are addressed separately, with progress explained as needed.

What is covered?

Game account & cloud saves

Request deletion of your verified ShootGame game account and associated cloud saves through Settings → Privacy → Delete account. If you cannot use that option, contact the email address on this page.

Legally retained information

Transaction, dispute or security records may be retained where legally required, only for the relevant purpose and period. Backups follow the actual cleanup cycle.

Local device information

Use game or device controls to manage local information and device backups. Uninstalling does not submit a cloud-data deletion request.

Provider accounts & store records

Deleting a game account does not delete Google or Apple accounts, store transaction records, automatically cancel a subscription or request a refund.

Deletion may permanently remove related progress and recovery options. You can first ask about the scope and consequences in your email before confirming the specific request.
